Clermont's players have every right to feel devastated at the finish of the Heineken Cup Final match. They lost only by a point against Toulon team, after a fantastic match.

Although Auvergne was favored to win over Toulon and loss, Ireland welcomed over 70,000 fans to Dublin with numerous events and a three day pre and post match party in Merrion Square netting Ireland over 33 million in revenue.

People gathered in Dublin to protest the continuing criminalization of abortion. Except for Malta, Ireland is the only country in Europe where abortion is still illegal, and because of a strong religious lobby, the ban is likely to remain in place.
